Jazmin Crespo joined the team at Eric Luebbe Insurance in late 2025 and brings over 10 years of client service experience across multiple industries. As a Client Service Specialist in Property & Casualty insurance, she provides comprehensive policy support including servicing accounts, processing endorsements, assisting with renewals, and responding to coverage inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Jazmin effectively supports a diverse client base while ensuring clear communication and compliance with insurance standards. She is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting agents in day-to-day policy operations.

Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities and spending quality time with her family.
